On the "Templates" page, the Administrator needs to create a new application template. You need to click on the "Add" button and fill in the appropriate fields of the form (Figure 1):
Name. The Name of the program;
Type. Type of the program: course, lesson, etc.;
Allowed Payer. Who will pay for the program: Student, Parent, or Any;
Duration. How long will the program last: Session or Forever (if one session ends, the program will automatically continue with the start of the next session);
Also, you can add detailed information about the program or upload some file.
In addition, to the right of each application template there is a button, by clicking on which you can choose one of the options: "Edit", "Delete" or "Pricing list" (Figure 2).
In order to further manage the program, it is important to fill out the "Pricing list" form (Figure 3). The "Pricing list" page automatically opens to the Administrator after creating the program, but if you need to add or correct something in this form later, you can go there as shown in Figure 2. Moreover, to fill out the form, you need to click on the "Add" button.
The "Pricing list" form has the following fields to fill out:
Type (Payment type: Recurring, One-time, Free);
Pricing Model (Fixed or Price by class);
Amount (The amount of money to be paid for the billing period and interval specified below);
Billing Period;
Billing Interval;
Due Period;
Due Interval;
Deposit Amount.
There are three types of payment (Figure 4):
Recurring - the same amount is deposited in the same period and is repeated at equal time intervals;
One-time - payment is made once for the entire program;
Free - the program is completely free and does not require payment.
There are two types of pricing model (Figure 5):
Fixed - a fixed amount of money is deposited for a certain period;
Price by class -payment is made for each class separately.
The fields "Billing Period" and "Billing Interval" (Figure 6) mean for which period the student should make a payment, the period is days, weeks or months, and the interval is how many times in this period the payment should be made (for example, once a week, once a month, twice a month, etc.)
The fields "Due Period" and "Due Interval" (Figure 7) mean how much time the student has to pay for the program (for example, you must pay for the program no later than within 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.)
When all the data is entered in the form, you need to click the "Submit" button, a message about the successfully saved data will appear, and a new record will appear on the page (Figure 8)
