Enrollment Requests
Enrollment Requests (Administrator View)¶
⚠️ This section is available only to the Administrator/Director or Form Teacher.
⚠️ "Enrollment" and "Enrollment v.2" workspace modules must be enabled.
Enrollment Request is a request that a Student sends from their account to join another educational institution and a specific section. The School Administrator reviews the request and either accepts or rejects it.
Steps¶
- Open the Enrollment Requests section in the panel menu on the left.
- Check the request details in the list:
- Date: when the request was created.
- User Information: the Student who sent the request.
- Section: section the Student wants to join.
- Status: the current status of the request.
- Click Edit next to the required request.
- In the edit window:
- add or update Comment (optional),
- change Status:
- New — request is pending review,
- Approved — request has been approved,
- Rejected — request has been denied.
- Submit the changes.
Result:
- If the Administrator sets the status to Approved, the Student is enrolled in the school and added to the selected Section. A workspace of the new school is added to the Student's account in the header.
- If the Administrator sets the status to Rejected, the Student is not enrolled, and the request remains rejected in the list.
