Enrollment Requests

Enrollment Requests (Administrator View)

⚠️ This section is available only to the Administrator/Director or Form Teacher.

⚠️ "Enrollment" and "Enrollment v.2" workspace modules must be enabled.

Enrollment Request is a request that a Student sends from their account to join another educational institution and a specific section. The School Administrator reviews the request and either accepts or rejects it.

Steps

  1. Open the Enrollment Requests section in the panel menu on the left.
  2. Check the request details in the list:
    • Date: when the request was created.
    • User Information: the Student who sent the request.
    • Section: section the Student wants to join.
    • Status: the current status of the request.
  3. Click Edit next to the required request.
  4. In the edit window:
    • add or update Comment (optional),
    • change Status:
      • New — request is pending review,
      • Approved — request has been approved,
      • Rejected — request has been denied.
  5. Submit the changes.

Result:

  • If the Administrator sets the status to Approved, the Student is enrolled in the school and added to the selected Section. A workspace of the new school is added to the Student's account in the header.
  • If the Administrator sets the status to Rejected, the Student is not enrolled, and the request remains rejected in the list.
