Journal: Filter

The 'Filter' panel contains fields for inputting the following information (Figure 1):

  1. The 'Date From' field, which displays the start date of the filtered period.

  2. The 'Date To' field, which displays the end date of the filtered period.

  3. The 'Section/subsection' dropdown field, which requires the user to select the appropriate class/section name from the dropdown list.

  4. The 'Subject' dropdown field, which requires the user to select the subject.

The user can enter any dates within the Academic Year term in the 'Date From' and 'Date To' fields. After completing all fields, press the 'Open' button.

Journal

After selecting the appropriate filters, the Journal workspace opens (see Figure 2). The Journal workspace includes the following components:

  1. 'Change' Button: Opens 'Journal: Filter' adjustments for the current class, date interval, and subject.

  2. Class Details: Brief information about the class, including the Agenda/Topic, Assignment, Online Class details, and Grade Type.

  3. 'Actions' Button: Provides access to various actions related to the class.

  4. Students List: The list of students of the respective Section.

  5. Journal: An area where Teachers can track attendance, record grades, and add comments.

  6. Functional Buttons: 'Add Class', 'Create Zoom Conference', 'Class Chat' and 'Export Reports.'

Note: The Journal opens in full-screen mode. To exit, press the 'Full-screen' button in the upper right corner (Figure 3).

Class Details

  1. Each class column features the class date at the top, along with an 'Actions' button highlighted in red (Figure 4).

  2. After clicking the 'Actions' button (Figure 4), the following actions are available:
