The Registrations page (Figure 1) displays a log of all registrations for After School Programs initiated or completed by parents. It features a table with the ability to sort and filter entries.
The Registrations list includes the following columns:
Registration Date: Date when the registration for the After School Program was initiated by the Parent.
Parent: Full name of the Parent.
Email: Parent's Email Address.
Phone: Parent's Phone Number.
Child: Full Name of the Child.
Program: The Program to which the Child has been registered by the Parent.
Paid: Indicates whether the Registration has been paid for or not.
Status: Shows the status of the Program Registration.
Clicking on the Program Name in a respective row opens the Onboarding Checklist, displaying the current progress of filling out the forms.
Administrators can review the data entered in all forms and assess the current state of Registration, especially if the Onboarding Checklist has been abandoned.
There are three statuses for registrations on the platform:
New: The form has been started, the Parent entered their information, but abandoned the form before entering child details.
In Progress: The form has been started, the Parent entered their information, selected a Program, entered Child data, but has not completed the payment or other steps.
Completed: All steps of the registration form have been successfully submitted.
