Students Management

Students List

  1. To open the list of the Students, you need to navigate to the 'Students' left sidebar navigation item, then select 'List' option (Figure 1).

  1. On the Students page, you'll find the following components (Figure 2):

    1. 'Import' Button: Allows importing the students.

    2. 'Export QR' Button: Simplifies exporting QR codes linked to students, beneficial for activities like Lunch Tracking and Attendance verification.

    3. 'Add' Button: Opens a window for manual addition of students.

    4. 'Filters Row': Enables effortless filtering of the Students based on specific parameters.

    5. Students list table: Presents detailed information about the students.

    6. 'Actions' Button: Provides quick access to options for editing student information or deleting students.

Add a New Student

  1. To add a new student, click the 'Add' button.

  2. In the opened 'Add' window, input the required information into the respective fields.

    • Last Name - required field.

    • First Name - required field.

    • Middle Name - optional field.

    • Sections - required field.

    • Start Date - optional field. This is the date when the student joined the school.

    • Personal File Number - optional field. A unique number for the student's record.

    • Sex - optional field.

    • Date of Birth - optional field.

    • Dropout Info - optional field. Additional information about the student's dropout.

    • Parents Info - optional field. Additional information about the parents.

    • Parents' Job Info - optional field.

    • Contact Info - optional field.

  3. After submitting the form, the Student will be added to the Students list.
