Assigning a Teacher to a Subschool by the Super School Administrator

⚠️ Available to Super School administrators only.

If the same teacher works in multiple subschools within a single Super School, they can be added to a new subschool workspace without creating a new account or registering again on the platform.

Viewing a Teacher's Subschools

Make sure you are currently in the Super School workspace (top-left corner of the page, under "Workspace").

  1. Go to the "Teachers" menu.
  2. Find the required teacher in the list.
  3. Click the context menu to the right of the teacher's record.
  4. Select "Schools".

A page will open displaying all subschools where the teacher works, along with their role in each school.

Adding a Teacher to a New Subschool

To grant a teacher access to an additional subschool:

  1. Go to the "Teachers" menu.
  2. Find the required teacher in the list.
  3. Click the context menu to the right of the teacher's record.
  4. Select "Schools".
  5. On the "Schools" page, click "Add" in the upper-right corner.
  6. Complete the following fields:
    • Role — the role the teacher will perform in the subschool (Administrator, Teacher, Deputy Principal, Principal, etc.);
    • School — the subschool to which access should be granted.
  7. Click "Submit".

After saving, the teacher will gain access to the selected subschool workspace with the specified role. The new workspace will also appear in the workspace dropdown list in the upper-left corner of the page.

Editing a Teacher's Role or Subschool

To change a teacher's role in a subschool or transfer them to another subschool:

  1. Go to the "Teachers" menu.
  2. Find the required teacher in the list.
  3. Click the context menu to the right of the teacher's record.
  4. Select "Schools".
  5. On the "Schools" page, locate the required subschool record.
  6. Click the context menu to the right of the subschool.
  7. Select "Edit".
  8. Modify one of the following fields:
    • Role;
      or
    • School.
  9. Click "Submit".

The changes will take effect immediately after saving.

Removing a Teacher from a Subschool

To revoke a teacher's access to a subschool:

  1. On the "Schools" page, locate the required record.
  2. Click the context menu to the right of the subschool.
  3. Select "Delete".
  4. Confirm the deletion.

After confirmation, the teacher will lose access to the corresponding subschool workspace, but their platform account will remain active.

To give the teacher access to the journals of the new subschool, assign them to classes in that subschool's class schedule.
